Announcement — Branding update on main site & new status page

What’s new
- Refreshed the main site branding so it better matches the newer look across the rest of the project.
- Added a public status page for downtime, incidents, and maintenance.

Details: Mostly a foundation-and-polish update, but those are the kinds of changes that make the project easier to keep improving.
